The company operates 23 plants, including both fresh and prepared foods. They have over 26,000 employees, as well as over 2,000 family farmers. At the St. Pauls, N.C. location, they operate a fresh, big bird operation that processes around 1.3 million birds per week, with around 1,300 employees.
