Wilber's Barbecue serves traditional Eastern North Carolina, vinegar based barbecue. We cook our hogs all night long over oak wood and hand chop it each morning to serve fresh daily. Our BBQ is served with traditional southern sides including slaw, potato salad, Brunswick Stew and more!
