FLAVORS OF CAROLINA has proven itself to be the most convenient and cost-effective way to reach a diverse group of buyers. This is your chance to get one-on-one time with retailers, distributors and food service professionals. Join us August 16th, 2021 in Concord for this unique reception designed to help bring awareness to your products and boost your sales.
What is Flavors of Carolina? This event is an upscale food show where North Carolina products are proudly on display. As an exhibitor, this is your opportunity to showcase your products and be discovered by retailers, distributors, restaurants, etc. Be prepared to provide samples, discuss pricing and ask the buyers how you can get your products into their stores or on their restaurant’s menu.
As an exhibitor, you will:
- Meet in-person with a diverse group of buyers
- Highlight new products and/or build brand awareness
- Network with industry peers
- Strengthen relationships with existing buyers and distributors
- Build new business connections
The NCDA Marketing Division and NC Farm Bureau Service Company have partnered together to sponsor a one-year Verified Premium membership on RangeMe for up to 140 exhibitors. Exhibitors must register and pay for exhibit space at the in-person 2021 Flavors of Carolina show by the May 1, 2021 deadline. The complimentary one-year membership will include one brand profile per exhibitor and inclusion in the “Flavors of Carolina Collection”. If exhibitors want to add additional brand profiles on RangeMe, a separate profile would need to be created under the basic membership plan. Renewal is optional for exhibitors once the complimentary membership has expired. This promotion excludes exhibitors who currently have a Verified Premium membership on RangeMe. Each exhibitor will create their brand profile and the RangeMe team will ensure they are included in the “Flavors of Carolina Collection” based on the exhibitor list provided by NCDA. Support will be available from the RangeMe team to assist with creating profiles.
Exhibitors will have the advantage of marketing their products on RangeMe prior to the in-person Flavors of Carolina show. The “Flavors of Carolina Collection” will feature the same categories that will be found at the in-person show. Both RangeMe and NCDA will work to push notifications to the RangeMe category buyer network and NCDA’s local buyers’ network.
What is RangeMe? RangeMe is a product discovery platform and resource to over 7500 retail buyers representing over 2000 retailers in the US. Buyers use RangeMe to discover new products and manage their inbound submissions. Buyers connect with brands directly on RangeMe to start conversations, request samples and discuss next steps.
Who is invited? Top officials and buyers from individual restaurants to foodservice distributors to major grocery chains and specialty stores will attend.

Important: Before submitting application, you must have an updated profile in the Got To Be NC Find Local directory. Applications will not be approved until you have an active profile on gottobenc.com. To update your profile, click here and follow the 3 simple steps. For current members not listed, you are still a member, but you must have an updated profile in our Find Local directory. The application takes just 10 minutes to fill out. Today’s retail and foodservice buyers are utilizing the Got To Be NC Find Local directory to source products. Simply put, if you have not updated your profile, you could be missing out on sales opportunities.
You must complete the application below to register for exhibit space. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application. Notification of acceptance will be sent in a separate email along with a link to submit payment for your booth space. The payment link is time sensitive. Payment must be submitted within 48 hours to secure your exhibitor space.
The deadline to register is May 1, 2021. Phone calls or emails will not hold your booth. We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Applications will not be accepted after the May 1st deadline.
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and staff is – and will always be our top priority. The Covid-19 pandemic may force us to limit the number of booth spaces compared to previous years if social distancing guidelines are in effect. We will be required to follow state, local and CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines as it relates to mass gatherings if restrictions are still in place as we approach the show date.
