Strawberry Banana Smoothie

If your fruit is getting very ripe and you don’t have a use for it, simply freeze it. You can freeze blueberries, strawberries and bananas (peel first) then put them in a smoothie and no need to add ice.

Ingredients

cup milk
4
large NC Strawberries
1
banana, frozen (peel bananas first before freezing)
1/2
cup vanilla yogurt
1
Tablespoon honey

Directions

Wash and cap the strawberries. Combine milk, strawberries, banana, yogurt and honey in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
