Bleu Barn Pantry

Bleu Barn Pantry is the child of Bleu Barn Bistro food truck and catering company. We use local product foremost with an emphases on sustainable practices. We enjoy using what is available in the season in order to preserve it for seasons to come. We do not use freeze packed vegetables or from concentrate juices. We always use the natural ingredient so that the true flavor in the product can shine through. Preservation is key. Product line includes: Pickles, Strawberry Jam, Ginger Apple Beet Jam, Bourbon Apple Jam, & Spice Blends.
