We offer a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables harvested in our fields, hydroponic towers, and in the wild. Delicious blueberries, strawberries, wild blackberries, and wine berries are abundant. Rhubarb, green beans, hydroponic lettuce, eggplant, okra, tomatoes, and peppers are also available in season. We offer free-range chicken eggs from the happiest hens you'll ever see, sustainably and humanely raised on our idyllic mountain pastures.
