We are a HACCP compliant facility and under a daily USDA inspection.We have fresh, boneless cuts of pork and beef. All our beef and pork are American raised, providing us a high quality of food standards. Our warehouse is stocked full of pastas, cheeses, herbs, sauces, and more. We also have a wide selection of Italian imports.We supply national food service distributors, restaurants and chains all around the Greater North Carolina area. and beyond.
