Catawba Mushroom Partners is a specialty gourmet mushroom farm located in Catawba County. After 4 years of operation, in 2024 they expanded from a small at-home farm into a commercial scale production facility located in Claremont. The partners have more than 25 years of combined experience in mushroom cultivation and are dedicated and committed to producing the highest quality gourmet mushrooms to serve the local communities. They are actively seeking new outlets for distribution of produce and look forward to building new relationships with chefs, farmers, CSA programs, local produce distributors, grocery/ health and wellness stores and farmer's markets in the WNC region.
