We are a Farmstead, Artisanal Dairy producing a variety of dairy products from the creamy Water Buffalo Milk.Classic Mozzarella di Bufala is our original product however, we have expanded our offerings into: Ricotta di Bufala Cultured Butter Gelato from Buffalo Milk Gelato novelties.Additionally, we offer Water Buffalo Meat in a variety of cuts.
