Fogwood Food LLC

Fogwood Food LLC is a small family farm. We grow specialty crops like Shiitake Mushrooms, ginger, turmeric, and blueberries. We sell fresh shiitakes and dehydrated shiitake mushroom products. We also produce jams, syrups, sauces, and pickles from crops we grow---as well as produce from other local farmers. Our customers include restaurants, Lowes Foods, independent grocers, and specialty stores.
