We are an artisan bakery specializing in gluten free products including cakes, pastries, pasta and breads. Our mission is to provide gluten free products, full of flavor and healthy by using organic and local seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The use of refined sugars is minimized with the focus on natural nutrients such as maple syrup or honey. We are happy to work with our customers on special orders or needs. We ship nationally.
