Juneberry Ridge grows food using the freshest, greenest and most resourceful technology in agriculture called Aquaponics. Their Aquaponics and Hydroponics greenhouse produces bibb lettuce, chives, and basil. In their greenhouse, they raise the highest quality tilapia, along with a wide array of organically grown, seasonal heirloom vegetables. Outside of the greenhouse, they produce seasonal hops, eggplants, and other vegetables.
As more consumers demand locally grown, organic product in places that traditionally must ship or fly ingredients from around the world, the Aquaponics and urban farming movement is getting some amazing attention.
