MAE Farm
MAE Farm is both a producer and retailer of local NC meat, eggs and dairy products. Our retail location is at the State Farmers Market in Raleigh NC. Beef: Ground, roasts, ribs, steaks and stew meat. Dairy: Fresh milk, cheese, kefir, yogurt, cream, Goat's milk cheese. Fresh eggs: Chicken, duck and goose. Pork: 15 varieties of sausage, bacon/side meat, pork belly, Canadian bacon, ribs, smoked pork steaks & ham, sliced (uncured) pork steaks, shoulder (butt) roasts, tenderloin, ground pork, necks, hocks and seasoning bones.
