The Improper Pig

The Improper Pig is a BBQ restaurant serving delicious slow smoked meats that are hormone and antibiotic free. Chef driven sides and a wood fired grill with steaks and seafood items are offered. Six different BBQ sauces are local to the Charlotte-based restaurant that are bottled and sold. Varieties of sauces range from Eastern Vinegar, Jeff's Mustard to Thai Sweet Chili sauce from Tony Porchinda. He had one of the first Thai restaurants in Charlotte.
