Smoky Mountain Mangalitsa

Mangalitsa pigs, a mountain pasture raised old world lard breed originating in Hungary has found its way to western NC. Yielding intricately marbled pork and pure white lard there are few breeds that compare. We offer, whole and half hog sales with retail cuts and lard becoming available Winter 2020.
