The company's home town is Spencer and was the hub for railroad repairs in the early 1900's. Their family members worked at the Spencer Shops, so this ties them to the roots of this community. The Old 97 Kettlecorn Company produces several flavors of kettle corn, but the most loved flavor is the Cheerwine Kettle Corn. The recipe conception was long and riddled with many obstacles, but they persevered and were able to present it at Cheerwine's 100th birthday party.
