White Tree Farm

White Tree Farm is a privately owned and operated farm raising goats, chickens, ducks, and donkeys. We offer farm tours by appointment. If you would like a free tour of the farm call today to schedule.

White Tree Farm produces goat cheeses, goat cheese dessert truffles, and goat cheese cheesecakes. We have multiple flavors of goat cheese, which are Plain, European, Garlic & Onion, Pimento, Honey & Cinnamon, Blueberry Lemon, and Mixed Berry Balsamic. Our goat cheese dessert truffle flavors are Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Raspberry, Dark Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Raspberry. Our goat cheese cheesecakes are made with 50% goat cheese and 50% cream cheese and our flavors are Plain, Strawberry, Honey & Cinnamon, and Dark Chocolate Raspberry.

After the start of the pandemic, Heather decided she wanted to leave her corporate security job in Philadelphia and become a farmer. In 2019, Chris had been laid off from his banking job and decided to seek employment in North Carolina. In 2020, they purchased the property now known as White Tree Farm. Prior to purchasing the farm, it had been used to breed donkeys but was in serious need of repairs and updating. Due to their age, the previous owners allowed the farm to deteriorate and was in serious disrepair. Heather and Chris spent several months rehabbing the property which is now home to ducks, chickens, goats, and some miniature donkeys. The farm is used for milk production from the goats and entertainment from the goofy donkeys.
